
SGO is offering open access for all education sessions at the 2012 Annual Meeting for all registration categories. This allows attendees access to: Scientific Plenary Sessions, Sunrise Seminars, Education Forums, Exhibit Hall and Social Functions. The registration price also includes access to select ‘on-demand’ sessions through the 2012 Annual Meeting Webcast. Revisit some of your favorite sessions or view those you might have missed due to scheduling conflicts.

Deadline Date: Advanced registration deadline was Monday, February 6, 2012.
Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and postmarked to the Society of Gynecology Oncology: 230 West Monroe St, Suite 710 Chicago, IL 60606 or sent via email to meetings@sgo.org on or before Tuesday, February 21, 2012. If a refund is approved by SGO council, it will be processed approximately 45 days after the Annual Meeting. Cancellation of any registration category postmarked on or before Tuesday, February 21, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds granted for any written cancellations after Tuesday, February 21, 2012 or for non-attendance at the SGO Annual Meeting. All registrations are non-transferrable. SGO does not allow substitutions for attendee registration cancellations
