Housing Instructions
On Tuesday, February 28 at 4:00pm, the SGO Housing Bureau closed, and will no longer accept reservations through the on-line reservation system. The Official SGO Convention Hotels will continue to accept attendee reservations after Tuesday, February 28, based on space and rates availability. Please contact the individual hotel direct (information on official hotels listed below) to make new reservations or to make modifications to existing reservations.
Please mention the “SGO Annual Meeting” when booking your room. Room rates are no longer guaranteed and will be quoted based on space and rate availability. All rates are per room and are subject to a 15% tax (subject to change without notice).

Booking Policy
A deposit of one night’s room and tax per room is required to guarantee room reservations. Hotel Reservations will only be processed with a valid credit card (valid through April 2012). Reservations will not be made until valid form of payment is received.
Group Reservations
Rooming lists for blocks of ten or more rooms must be approved by SGO Director of Meetings, Jenna Cummins, CMP. A rooming contract is required for request for rooming blocks of 10 or more. Please click here to download and fill out the group housing form.
Cancellation Policy
Beginning February 29, 2012, changes and cancellations must be directed to the attendees confirmed hotel. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotel shall refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given (72) hours by 4:00pm or (3) days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs after (72) hours, the deposit is forfeited to the individual hotel.
