Ground Transportation Information

Resort at Squaw Creek is conveniently located 42 miles west of the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 200 miles east of San Francisco and 100 miles east of Sacramento.

SHUTTLE SSERVICE: The North Lake Tahoe Express is the preferred shuttle service of Resort at Squaw Creek. Rate of $40.00 for one person one way, $75.00 Round Trip and further discounts for more than one passenger.  Please use the group code SGO. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance for the shuttle to travel at the scheduled times & we also have a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid charge. 

Reserve your shuttle reservation online or you can contact North Lake Tahoe Express dispatch office directly for reservations at 866-216-5222 and mention the group code “SGO”.

CAR RENTAL: Hertz Rent-A-Car will provide Winter Meeting attendees discounted car-rental rates from February 2, 2012 through February 15, 2012. Reservations may be placed at www.hertz.com  or through the Hertz Meeting Sales Desk within the U.S. at 800/654-2240.
