Treatments comes from teams, and the cure comes from community. The Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) is the public face of SGO, bringing together patients, survivors, families, fundraisers, friends and more to join us in the mission to eradicate gynecologic cancer.
What does FWC do?
Outreach and awareness
Clinical trial promotion
SGO and FWC work together to bring compassion, hope and healing to those dealing with gynecologic cancer.
As a 501(c)(6) organization, SGO contributes to the advancement of women’s cancer care by encouraging research, providing education, raising standards of practice, advocating for patients and members and collaborating with other domestic and international organizations.
This mission requires funds. The FWC is our primary fundraising organization. The money raised by donations, charity events, races, educational opportunities, and more fuels our work.
