Get your head in the game and help pick the winners on the following hot topics in gynecologic oncology:

Thomas Krivak, MD vs. Alexander Olawaiye, MD: Individualized therapy directed by tumor molecular analysis should be the standard of care for women with advanced stage ovarian cancer.

David Cohn, MD vs. Robert Bristow, MD: Laparoscopy should be routinely used to select patients with advanced ovarian cancer who are appropriate candidates for primary cytoreduction.

BJ Rimel, MD vs. Mario Leitao, MD Early stage cervical cancer treatment could include a simple surgery (hysterectomy/trachelectomy) with nodes rather than a radical procedure.

Angeles Alvarez-Secord, MD vs. Anuja Jhingran, MD: Ideal management for stage III, node positive endometrial cancer is a “sandwich approach” rather than sequential or concurrent chemoradiation with outback type chemotherapy.

Beth Karlan, MD vs. Carol Brown, MD: Risk-reducing prophylactic surgery in women with BRCA1/2 mutations should include a hysterectomy.
