Many opportunities await your organization at the SGO Annual Meeting, such as networking and awareness of your support group, when the largest group of gynecologic oncologists and their cancer care team members convene to discuss the latest science in the field. The Annual Meeting attracts more than 2,500 attendees each year, including a strong international presence, and it continues to be the premier scientific and educational event for those working in the gynecologic oncology field.
This year, your organization will also get a chance to network with patients, survivors, and caregivers at the Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) Gynecologic Cancer Education Course, which is the day before the SGO Annual Meeting. Gynecologic oncologists and other members of the cancer care community will share the latest information about gynecologic cancer research and clinical trials. The course is the perfect time to promote your organization to gynecologic cancer patients.
Both the SGO Annual Meeting and the FWC Gynecologic Cancer Education Course offer advocacy tables to promote your organization. These tables offer you the opportunity to network with gynecologic oncologists, patients, and caregivers.
Apply here for a complimentary six-foot tabletop exhibit in the SGO Exhibit Hall and/or the Gynecologic Cancer Education Course. Each advocacy table includes two chairs, fascia panel with standard lettering, and booth carpeting. The organization’s name and description will also appear on this website and in the Annual Meeting’s mobile app.
To reserve your organization’s space contact Amber Hranicka at email@example.com or via fax at 312-235-4059 ATTN: Amber Hranicka. Please contact Amber Hranicka at 312-281-6182 if you have questions.
Once an organization’s completed advocacy table application form has been received, registration procedures will be shared with the main contact noted on the form. Members from the organization can then register for the Annual Meeting.
The registration fee for an Advocate Supporter is $450 per person. Registration includes access to the Annual Meeting’s educational sessions, social events, and the Exhibit Hall.
Registration for the FWC Gynecologic Cancer Education Course is included in the price of the SGO Annual Meeting. Interested organizations can also register separately for the FWC Gynecologic Cancer Education Course free of charge.
If you are a cancer survivor and/or patient advocate not affiliated with an advocacy organization, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for registration information.
