Early registration discount permanent for international members

As a special offer for the 2018 SGO Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer, early bird rates will continue to be available for international members.

Special discounts available based on country of origin

To increase access to the education and networking available at the Annual Meeting, SGO is offering additional discounts to meeting attendees from select countries identified by the World Bank as low, lower middle, or upper middle income. International attendees may be eligible to receive additional discounts of 20%–40% over and above the discounted early bird rate on their registration. Check your availability.

New International Affiliate members will receive an additional 50% off the special early registration rate when they join SGO and register for the Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer. Please allow 48 hours to process the membership before registering for the meeting.The World Bank discount is not valid for new International Affiliate members.

Visa Letter

SGO welcomes the world to New Orleans, LA, USA. As you plan your trip to attend the 2018 SGO Annual Meeting, you are strongly encouraged to apply for a visa as early as possible. You may request a visa letter when registering online for the Annual Meeting. Once registration is completed, a visa letter will be sent to the email you used for registration. Visa Information for International Attendees

Detailed information about obtaining a visitor visa to the United States can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s visitor visas web page. Learn more about the Visa Waiver Program, a program allowing citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less, when they meet certain requirements.
