Registration Cancellation Policy

For any registration cancellations received by Dec. 27, 2019, you will receive a full refund less a $100 USD administration fee. No refunds will be given after Dec. 27, 2019. All requests for refunds must be received in writing.

* Allied: This category is intended for allied health professionals. Examples include clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, clinical trial data managers, field researchers, genetic counselors, medical practice management professionals, registered nurses, patient navigators, case managers, pharmacists, physician assistants, psycho-oncology professionals, public health practitioners, radiation technicians and social workers.

** Industry Professional: This category is intended for non-physician employees of a commercial company including credentialed individuals, such as PhD, PharmD, or MBA. Commercial companies are defined as those involved in research, development, production, manufacturing and/or sales of ophthalmic related products or services. The Industry Professional registration category is for those who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending SGO 2020 but are not exhibiting. Examples include, but are not limited to, Distributor, Manufacturer, Prospective Exhibitor, Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Director and Industry Research.
