Airfare Discounts
If you need travel assistance to obtain a custom itinerary with the lowest applicable air fares and the best possible journey times, SGO’s official travel agent is Gant Travel Management if you need travel assistance. Representatives are available toll-free at 1-800-621-1083 (or 1-630-227-3873 outside of U.S./Canada), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. A $25 service fee will be issued per airline ticket.

Aspen Pitkin County Airport

The Aspen Pitkin County Airport is located 8 miles, a 17-minute drive, from the Westin Snowmass Resort.

Shuttles and Private Car Transfers
Transportation from the airport is available via Colorado Mountain Express, rental car or private transfer. Attendees may access Colorado Mountain Express for shuttle transfers ($56 one way) or arrange for private transfers (price varies) by calling (970) 754-7433 or find them on the web at www.ridecme.com. Reservations are recommended.

Parking at The Westin Snowmass Resort
Self-Parking: $10 per day
Valet Parking: $40 per day

Local Transportation
The shuttle can transport you to local attractions, shops, and restaurants; anywhere within the Snowmass Village and Aspen area. Shuttle operates daily, check with the front desk for current hours.

International Travelers

Official Letter of Invitation SGO welcomes the world to Aspen, CO, USA. As you plan your trip to attend the 2018 Winter Meeting, you are strongly encouraged to apply for a visa as early as possible. Please contact SGO’s meeting department via email at meetings@sgo.org to obtain an official letter of invitation. We look forward to seeing you at the SGO Winter Meeting!

Ski and Snowboard Rentals

Ski and snowboard rental will be available through Aspen Sports located at the Snowmass Mall. All Winter Meeting Attendees receive a 35% discount on all rentals when they mention the Society of Gynecologic Oncology. Attendees can make their rental reservations online or walk ins will also be accepted. 

Lift Tickets

Discounted lift ticket vouchers will be available at the SGO registration desk, located right out of the Salon A at the Westin Snowmass Resort. For ticket purchases on-site, please visit the ticket office, located directly across the Snowmass Mall from the Westin Snowmass Resort.
