| EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT/ RULES & REGULATIONS |
The exhibitor service kit will be sent via email from Arata Expositions, our general services contractor. This will include a customized link allowing you to place orders on-line. All questions regarding the exhibitor kit should be directed to Patrick Thurston pthurston@arataexpo.com.

| REGISTRATION |
To register your booth personnel, please follow the instructions below.
- Go to our online registration system.
- Type your company name and use the last name of the contact that submitted the exhibitor application as the password.
- Any additional badges must register at the Non-member Industry rate of $1,150.00. Prices increase to $1,300 after January 31, 2023
- All in-person badges also allow access to the 2023 Annual Meeting virtual platform.

SGO has negotiated housing rates for Annual Meeting attendees. Please visit our housing website for more information.
For requests for blocks of (10) ten or more rooms, please use the Group Housing Form. This form must be submitted no later than Jan. 13, 2023.

March 3, 2023: Last day to submit Exhibitor Service Kit orders to Arata Expositions.
February 24, 2023: Mandatory Certificate of Insurance due to jessie.pare@sgo.org
