Reservation Guarantee/Deposits: The hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first two nights for each reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotel shall fully refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

Winter Meeting Housing Policy

This housing policy is designed to ensure fair and efficient housing for attendees of SGO conferences, at a discounted rate. This policy aims to prioritize SGO conference attendees, streamline the reservation process, and ensure sufficient housing in years to come.

Policy Details:

Eligibility: Individuals must be registered for the SGO conference to book rooms within SGO’s housing block. At least one occupant of each room must be a registered attendee.

Booking Window: The SGO housing block will be open from the time conference registration launches until the cutoff date, typically one month prior to the conference dates. Following the cutoff date, accommodation within SGO’s housing block are not guaranteed.

Reservation Method: Reservations can be made online through the SGO conference website or via a dedicated booking platform provided by SGO.

Housing Block Size: The size of the room block is predetermined based on historically occupancy, the expected number of conference attendees, and the availability of nearby accommodations.
