MySGO, SGO’s online community, enables SGO members to share resources, engage in discussion boards, offer insight to peers and make new connections.

MySGO fosters a feeling of collectiveness that makes the online community a sought after resource for SGO members. One of the most popular online communities, the SGO Virtual Tumor Board on MySGO allows SGO members to collaborate with peers on how to move forward with complex patient cases and receive real time feedback from other members and peers.

SGO Special Interest Groups/Networks

Special Interest Groups and Networks are communities that have been established for the needs of SGO’s multidisciplinary membership. Examples include the following:

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Network: Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants can access and participate in the APP Network to discuss matters specific to their needs.

Early Career Network: The Early Career Network was created for medical students, residents and fellows-in-training to share information and pose questions that others are likely to have encountered in their first years of their profession.

GOFRN (Gynecologic Oncology Fellows Research Network): GOFRN aims to educate gynecologic oncology fellows on clinical research methodology, enabling fellows to work in a cooperative group to conduct multi-center oncology studies.

Candidate Network: Candidate members can access and participate in the Candidate Member Network to support their needs as they work to prepare for the oral and written boards.
