Personal Statement
I humbly seek your support of my candidacy for Member-at-Large on the SGO Board of Directors. I have long held a deep commitment to advancing excellence, equity, and innovation in gynecologic oncology—values that resonate with SGO’s vision of a world united in eradicating gynecologic cancer. As an SGO member, I have had the honor to serve as Co-Chair of the Program Director’s Network, as a member of the Education Committee, and co-lead the Clinical Trials Subcommittee. Outside of SGO, I have held numerous executive roles for the Mid-Atlantic Gynecologic Oncology Society, and I currently serve as Co-Chair of the USMLE Women’s Health Test Development Committee. These experiences have sharpened my skills in consensus-building, governance, and advocating for resources. As your Member-at-Large, I would bring energy, collaborative leadership, and a strong commitment to advancing the Society’s priorities across research, education, and advocacy. I am eager to contribute to shaping SGO’s future and ensuring our members remain supported, engaged, and empowered to improve the lives of patients with gynecologic cancers.
