Hotel Booking and Cancellation Policy
The Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) has negotiated special housing rates for Winter Meeting attendees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a discounted rate. Discounted room rates are guaranteed through January 6, 2026.
Deluxe Guestrooms are available at $349 per night and Fireplace Suites at $399 per night. Rates do not include a daily $30 resort fee per room, per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.
You will receive a hotel booking link in your meeting registration confirmation email. The booking link is the only way to secure the SGO Winter Meeting discount at the Everline. All attendees are required to use the booking link provided in the confirmation email to reserve accommodations. At least one occupant of each room must be a registered attendee. This policy is designed to ensure fair and efficient housing for attendees of the conference at a discounted rate. Please email meetings@sgo.org with any questions.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The hotel will require guest room reservations to be guaranteed with a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation at booking. The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if hotel reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. All changes and cancelations must be made seven days prior to arrival or full amount of stay will be charged.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport
The Reno-Tahoe International Airport is located 42 miles, a 1-hour drive, from the Everline Resort & Spa.
Airport Transportation
The North Lake Tahoe Express is a shuttle service between the Reno Tahoe International Airport and North Lake Tahoe. View the schedule for the Lake Tahoe Express or call to learn more (833) 709-8080.
Hotel Parking
Valet service allows guests unlimited in-and-out privileges, premium parking accommodations, and most importantly, snow removal. Please be advised, the resort does not offer snow removal for vehicles in the self-parking lot. Guests are encouraged to come prepared with snow removal equipment.

Local Transportation
The Eveline Resort & Spa offers a complementary shuttle to and from Palisades Tahoe, with extended hours for SGO Winter Meeting attendees.
- Thursday, January 24: 6:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- Friday, January 25: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday, January 26: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
The shuttle picks up at the Everline Resort & Spa on the hour and half-hour (:00 and :30). Pickups from the Palisades occur at :15 and :45 past the hour.

Official Letter of Invitation: SGO welcomes the world to Lake Tahoe, California. As you plan your trip to attend the SGO 2026 Winter Meeting, you are strongly encouraged to apply for a visa as early as possible.
