Ciera Watts

Ciera Watts serves as the Project Specialist for the Society of Gynecologic Oncology’s Clinical Practice and Research team, supporting programs that advance clinical collaboration, research, and education across SGO. In her role, she supports the BRIDGES program and Program Directors Network.

With over 7 years of experience as an independent project manager and business consultant, she has led digital transformation, systems implementation, and operations projects across healthcare, nonprofit, and technology sectors. Ciera also brings expertise in graphic and web design, helping organizations enhance their digital presence and workflow efficiency.

She holds a bachelor’s in Political Science: Pre-law from Southern Illinois University and a certificate in AI and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Ciera enjoys cooking for family and friends, spending time with her cat Misty, and relaxing with video games and anime.
