The SGO 2026 Allied Health Professionals Meeting is October 16-18, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois at the Palmer House Hilton.

This meeting is specially designed for advanced practice providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, physicians, and other members of the gynecologic oncology care team in any phase of their career. This meeting will be in-person only.

 

Registration Category Descriptions

Associate: This category is intended for allied health professionals. Examples include clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, clinical trial data managers, field researchers, genetic counselors, medical practice management professionals, registered nurses, patient navigators, case managers, pharmacists, physician assistants, psycho-oncology professionals, public health practitioners, radiation technicians, and social workers.  

Physician/Scientist: This category is intended for physicians, or non-physicians with a PhD or equivalent. 

Industry Professional: This category is intended for non-physician employees of a commercial company including credentialed individuals, such as PhD, PharmD, or MBA. Commercial companies are defined as those involved in research, development, production, manufacturing, and/or sales of oncologic-related products or services These individuals must have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending the SGO 2026 Allied Health Professionals Meeting but are not exhibiting. Examples include, but are not limited to, distributor, manufacturer, prospective exhibitor, medical/pharmaceutical sales, medical director, and industry research. 

Non-Members: If you are not a member of SGO and would like to apply for membership, please complete an application. Become a member.

Cancellation Policy   

Cancellation Deadline: Friday, September 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CST)   

Cancellation Fee: $100 USD 

No refunds for cancellations received after September 24, 2026. All refund requests must be sent via email to meetings@sgo.org. 

Substitution Policy   

If unable to attend the meeting, it is permitted to have a substitute. If the substitute’s registration fee is more, the registration will be held until the balance is paid and the original registrant submits the substitute’s contact information with written request for substitution. Deadline for substitution requests is October 2, 2026. All substitution requests must be emailed to meetings@sgo.org. No substitution requests will be processed on-site, and refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Hands-on Workshop: Colposcopy & Management of Dysplasia 

Saturday, October 17, 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. CT 

Limited Space Available! Enhance your clinical confidence with this interactive workshop designed to strengthen procedural expertise and diagnostic accuracy. Participants will gain hands-on experience performing biopsies using Tischler forceps and endocervical curettes on tissue-simulating models, while becoming familiar with colposcope operation and technique. 

Expert faculty will guide participants in accurately classifying dysplasia based on colposcopy findings, including demonstrations to reinforce key techniques, highlight clinical indications, and share practical insights for real-world applications. 

Target Audience: Advanced practice providers and allied health professionals practicing in women’s health and gynecologic oncology who perform or assist with colposcope examinations and related diagnostic procedures.

Basics Bootcamp: Foundations of Anti-Cancer Therapy 

Friday, October 16, 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. CT 

Strengthen your clinical foundation with this practical, evidence-based bootcamp focused on anti-cancer therapies. The session will address key gaps in knowledge, confidence, and consistency in practice, with a focus on systemic therapy selection, toxicity management, and patient-centered care. Participants will gain an enhanced understanding of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and antibody drug conjugates, including their mechanisms, indications, and sequencing considerations for real-world applications. 

Target audience: Advanced practice providers and allied health professionals in gynecologic oncology.
