Registration for the SGO Annual Meeting will open in December 2021.
SGO Annual Meeting registration is intended for gynecologic oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, obstetrician/gynecologists, fellow and residents, research scientists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, allied health professionals and all others involved in the care of patients with gynecologic cancer.
The SGO Annual Meeting in-person registration fee includes:
- Access to the SGO Annual Meeting event platform to view scientific data, surgical films, the attendee list, on-demand education sessions, live session recordings and exhibitor descriptions
- Admission to education, lectureship, special interest, and scientific oral/poster sessions*
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall
- Daily breakfast and beverage breaks throughout the meeting facility, including the Exhibit Hall
- Social Events
* Does not include access to Debulk and Deliver: Hands-On Cytoreductive Surgery Lab.
All SGO Annual Meeting registrations are non-transferable. SGO does not allow substitutions for attendee registration cancellation. There will be no refunds granted for virtual registrations or for non-attendance at the SGO Annual Meeting. In-Person Annual Meeting registrations may be transferred to a virtual registration up until March 1, 2022 if an institutional travel restriction prevents a registrant from attending in-person. Proof of the institutional travel restriction is required in order to receive a refund of the difference in cost between in-person and virtual registration. All transfer/refund requests must be sent via email to SGO@maritz.com or by phone at 864-342-6360.
Early bird pricing for in-person registration through Monday, Jan. 31, 2022 – Regular pricing starting Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022. Note that virtual registration pricing has no early bird pricing.

Guest registration is intended for spouses and companions of in-person meeting attendees. Member/Non-member registrants may register a maximum of 2 guests. Guest registrations are not available a la carte. The Guest registration category allows guests to partake in all meeting meal functions and social gatherings, as well as attend the Presidential Address and the Invited Guest Speaker Lectureship. Guests wishing to attend the educational portion of the meeting, as well as claim educational credits, must register individually under a Non-Member category
