Registration for the SGO 2023 Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer is closed. Registration for the 2024 meeting will open Fall 2023.
SGO Annual Meeting registration is intended for gynecologic oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, obstetrician/gynecologists, fellows and residents, research scientists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, allied health professionals and all others involved in the care of patients with gynecologic cancer.
In-person Registration fee includes:
- Access to the SGO Annual Meeting event platform to view live streamed sessions, on-demand sessions, posters, surgical films, and exhibitor descriptions.
- Admission to education sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and Special Events.
NOTE: Does not include access to special labs and pre-events.
Virtual Registration fee includes:
- Access to the SGO Annual Meeting event platform to view live streamed sessions, on-demand sessions, posters, surgical films, and exhibitor descriptions.
- Connect with presenters in real time using the chat function and with all attendees through the attendee directory.
- Visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall.
NOTE: All sessions that will be live streamed will be designated; all other sessions will be recorded and available on-demand within 48 hours of their scheduled presentation time.
Cancellations/Refunds: All SGO Annual Meeting registrations are non-refundable. SGO does not allow substitutions for attendee registration cancellation. Transfer of registration from in-person to virtual, or vice versa must be submitted via email to sgo@maritz.com by an announced date in order to be eligible for CE credits. If you fail to complete notification of transfer, you will not be eligible to claim CE credits.

GUEST (In-Person ONLY)
Guest age 21 and older: $200 This Guest registration is intended for spouses, companions, and immediate family members of meeting attendees. This registration category allows guests to access the exhibit hall and partake in meal functions, social gatherings as well as attend the Presidential Address and the Invited Guest Speaker Lecture. Guests wishing to claim CE credit are asked to register under the Non-Member category.
Guest under the age of 21: This Guest registration is intended for children of meeting attendees. Guests between the age of 18 and 20 can access the exhibit hall and partake in meal functions, social gatherings, as well as attend the Presidential Address and the Invited Guest Speaker Lectureship. Guests under the age of 18 can partake in the SGO Social Event, Presidential Address, and the Invited Guest Speaker Lectureship ONLY. Guests under the age 18 will not have access to the exhibit hall. Guests wishing to claim CE credit are asked to register under the Non-Member category.
