Submit Your Abstract for the SGO 2026 Allied Health Professionals Meeting

New this year, advanced practice providers are invited to submit abstracts of their research, clinical insights, and innovative approaches for consideration as a poster at the SGO 2026 Allied Health Professionals Meeting, held October 16–18 in Chicago, IL. The submission period closes Sunday, July 12, at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Poster Abstracts

Abstracts are a summary of your work that highlights your objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions. Submissions are blind reviewed by committee members, and selected abstracts are invited to be featured as a poster. If your abstract is accepted, the poster will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall for the duration of the meeting.

Poster presenters are responsible for submitting a digital version in advance of the meeting and printing and hanging their poster at the meeting, in addition to standing by it during scheduled breaks to engage with attendees. Additional details and a poster template will be shared upon acceptance.

Submission Requirements

Only advanced practice providers may submit abstracts for consideration. Submissions cannot have been previously presented at a national or international meeting unless the work contains substantial new or different data. Abstract submission constitutes a commitment to register for and attend the SGO 2026 Allied Health Professionals Meeting, if the submission is accepted. Authors are required to create a poster of the abstracts and be available near their poster during designated breaks to engage with attendees. Submitters are encouraged to review all Submission Guidelines.
