Submit Abstracts for the SGO 2026 Winter Meeting

Early-career investigators are invited to submit research for presentation consideration at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) 2026 Winter Meeting, January 29-31 2026, in Olympic Valley, California. Abstract submissions are due Friday, October 17, 2025.

Submission Guidelines

Only trainees (medical students, residents, and fellows) may submit and present abstracts. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to register for and attend the Winter Meeting to present, if accepted. Confirmed Presenting Authors must be registered by December 18, 2025.

Note that an abstract may not be submitted for consideration at both the SGO 2026 Annual Meeting and SGO 2026 Winter Meeting – only one.

The Winter Meeting Abstract Review Committee will conduct a blinded review of all submissions, prioritizing clinical abstracts. Awards will be given for the best oral presentation and the best scientific poster, based on scientific content, originality, potential impact, and quality of presentation. Accepted abstract submissions will be notified in November.

Submitters are encouraged to review the full SGO 2026 Winter Meeting Submission Rules and Regulations.
