Anissa W. Fields, MPH
Senior Manager of Education & Programs
Anissa joined the Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) in August 2025 as the Senior Manager of Education & Programs. She brings extensive experience in program development, project management, and health education to the role. She has focused her career on advancing accessible, patient-and caregiver-centered initiatives while engaging with diverse communities.
Before joining FWC, Anissa served as the Director of Education at Cancer Support Community, where she led the development of award-winning educational initiatives and resources for people impacted by cancer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Health degree from The George Washington University.
In her free time, Anissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Hunter and Brûlée.
