Manager of Governance and Clinical Practice
Katie joined the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) in June of 2021 as Manager of Governance and Clinical Practice. Katie manages the Wellness Committee, Legislative Affairs Subcommittee and Coding and Reimbursement Subcommittee, and provides project management support for Clinical Practice Committee, Palliative Care Committee and Program Directors Network initiatives. Katie also provides support for governance activities. Prior to working for SGO, Katie was employed at The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Health Management Associates. Katie has a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Political Science from The George Washington University and a master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
