LaToya Rice is a marketing and communications leader with over 18 years of experience shaping strategic initiatives across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. A natural storyteller and strategist, she is passionate about using marketing and communications to drive awareness, inspire action, and create lasting impact for mission-driven organizations.

Throughout her career, LaToya has led high-impact campaigns, forged meaningful partnerships, and developed brand strategies that engage diverse audiences. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation, the American Chemical Society, and the Infectious Diseases Society of America, where she has championed causes in mental health advocacy, scientific research, and public health.

An empath at heart, LaToya believes in the power of storytelling and strategic communications to amplify voices and advance meaningful change. Her expertise spans integrated marketing, digital strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement, all focused on aligning brands with their missions in authentic and compelling ways.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Maryland. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in Digital and Nonprofit Marketing.

Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, LaToya is deeply committed to work that uplifts communities and drives social impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Ellington, and their beloved pets.
